UPDATED How my brave Margi died; joy comes from banning our constant mental chatter — AND relishing right now all that is GOOD

….Jim Rizoli interviews me on the passing of my wife Margi

.
It took 45 minutes before we could even do this show because of mysterious technical difficulties, and even then the sound was weird whenever I talked. I am hoping to publish a transcript and translate it as well into French and German.

This was a very touching conversation. When my grandfather was on his deathbed, he said his friends were there, calling him. He named some of them, just like Margi did. That’s very mysterious isn’t it? Where are they now? Purgatory? Heaven? There could be other possibilities.

.
Well… we’ll find out some day.
God bless you John, stay strong.

This was an incredibly sad interview. Maybe we can set up a Go-Fund-Me page for John.

Sorry to hear of your loss John. The best way to get your blood pressure down John is to not eat solid food for a couple of days and drink tea, coffee, or water, without milk or sugar, and reduce your sodium intake.

If you want some advice just ask. Been there done that as they say. Meantime, take it easy and slowly.

….Coping with massive grief

I can tell you that with such deep spiritual truths such as are found in the video below by the impressive Eckhart Tolle, I was able to survive both severe grief after Margi’s death on the twelfth, 13 days ago, which very suddenly ended a mostly very good, seventeen-year relationship, and also a sudden spike in stroke-level hypertension (even 216/121!), which represented the culmination of months of exhausting 20-hour days caring for my sweet wife.

Before Tolle, I found myself grieving and crying 20 times on the first day …. Grief can be a killer.

After Tolle:

Enlightenment means not permanent happiness (which is absolutely impossible on this planet that is Earth!) but that you enjoy the good things twice as much when they happen –you feel real gratitude for them, too — and the bad things, the tragedies, hurt you a whole lot less.

Take more pleasure in things,  and feel less pain.

This is a no tooth fairy, but real spirituality — for real people — in the real world as it is.

In the coming times, those who can wade through horrors and not crack up will win.

I just proved it, once again.

I was told I could end up with something worse than death, with a stroke that incapacitates me, and then I end up drooling for a year or two in some miserable nursing home.

Therefore, I got a GRIP on both my feelings and thoughts… because I owe it to you to survive and launch the new faith, and I feel honor-bound toward our whole race and to my warrior queen, now watching over me and wanting, finally, a true white victory!

Fuck’em all

  1. I know from personal experience, that even when you are not consciously thinking about it, the grief is still there dragging and beating you down. How do you fight a thought that you are not even conscious of?

    • So very true!!!!!

In dreams we see clearly that the unconscious mind is always doing its own thing in the background, but in dreams, of course, it is in the foreground.

I just now recorded a video with Jim Rizoli about grief and my plan for mankind.

  2. Guys like this Eckhard Tolle overuse the word ‘spiritual’. Atheists, Jews and other mammals have spirits. What does that even mean?
