I bring him up also because Williams smokes during this screen test, and I just heard Tucker Carlson, who has often decried the problem of “Low-T” (low testosterone) in young American men of today, said that “smoking increases testosterone.” (When I was at Marine Corps boot camp, the drill instructors encouraged us recruits to smoke while at the rifle range, believing it increased our scores. For all its nefarious effects, tobacco does make a person calmer and more focused.)

I have written about testosterone levels and the emasculation of western men on several occasions over the last few weeks.
Today, I would like to discuss some of the reasons behind this ghastly phenomenon, elaborate further on waning testosterone’s impact upon society and discuss ways in which we can combat the devastating effects of societal emasculation.
As previously discussed, levels of testosterone – the omnipotent male sex hormone – are waning across the western world.
And make no mistake….this has been done by design.
As was the case with the invention and artificial dissemination of Covid, the reasons for intentionally driving down testosterone levels in males constitute a multi-faceted evil.
Certain segments of the nationalist community will argue that testosterone has been artificially lowered in order to lower birth rates and. more specifically, to target indigenous population levels in the West. There is definitely some truth to that.
Some contend that it’s because of a systematic war waged by left-wing feminists and cultural Marxists that’s irreparably harmed men in an attempt to “end the patriarchy and kill off toxic masculinity.” You won’t get an argument from me there either.
Others on both the Left and Right will argue that it’s simply another method of undermine the health and well-being of modern man, in order to sell more pharmaceutical products, as is the case with the diabetes, cancer and anti-depressant industries — which thrive on society’s poor consumer-based lifestyle choices and fuel modern industrialised profit-driven economies.
All true.
As was the case with the push for a Covid vaccine, there are in fact a multiplicity of reasons for the West’s push to lower testosterone in men. Today I want to discuss how testosterone has been lowered, and more importantly, what we can do to right the ship.
Before I begin, let me present a few indisputable facts.
Up until the early 1960’s young western men and women were, on average, quite healthy.
Look at any old film depicting life on the streets of say….Los Angeles or London shot in the 1950’s to see first-hand how much healthier people looked then compared to now.

Healthier as well as better-looking, I should add….
I often watch remastered and colourised films of how beautiful life was in decades past before I sit down to put pen to paper on subjects such as this one. The stark differences I see on videos like this in fact inspire me to write with the passion needed to make a difference in my readership.
A good preacher needs to know and witness sin first-hand in order to successfully fight it in his congregation. The same holds true for a lifestyle and well-being scientist.
Today, by almost all objective scientific metrics, society has become gravely ill, and is getting progressively sicker.
And societal pathology is no longer only evidenced anecdotally via the sorts of damaged beings one finds down at the bus station or on skid row, but due to its endemicity has become quantifiable across the Western world.
And this is the case when one looks at testosterone levels in modern males.
Transition to a “low-T” society
A half-century ago, men had individual testosterone levels TWICE what they are today.
If one compared the “average Joe” in 1963 to the average-Joe in 2023, not only would he be thinner, smarter and more moral, but he would be having healthy sexual intercourse more frequently, be able to do more push-ups, and have copious amounts of testosterone pumping through his veins and reproductive system.
And a large part of why past generations were far healthier than we are today is a result of higher testosterone levels. Testosterone is not only crucial for our society’s reproductive health, but for many facets of our personal well-being.
Testosterone is required to generate muscle mass, physical strength and bone density, achieve a healthy red blood cell count, to improve mood, to achieve adequate penis and testicular development, to deepen the voice so we can sing as men should, to generate a sex drive/libido, produce sperm, to grow a beard to protect us from the elements and a variety of other important things.
Adolescent boys with too little testosterone may not experience normal masculinization. Their bodies might remain underdeveloped, their vocal pitch too high, etc. Adequate testosterone levels also stabilise mood in young men. Too much testosterone might result in aggressive behaviour, but too little can result in depression, low energy moods and irrationality.
Neurological signals sent from the brain to the pituitary gland – a small, oval shaped, pea-sized gland located at the underside of the brain – control the production of testosterone in men.
The gland, when activated, then transmits signals to the testes to produce testosterone, which is circulated in the bloodstream and carried to target cells in the male reproductive organs.
Your body controls the levels of testosterone in your blood. Levels are usually highest in the morning after your body recharges while sleeping and decline during the day, which is why men are often partially aroused sexually in the morning and they are least eager to engage in sexual relations, for example, after watching ice hockey late into the night.*
Testosterone is also produced by women — at lower levels — in their ovaries and the adrenal gland. Testosterone is, in fact, one of several androgens, or male sex hormones, found in females.
Androgens, working in conjunction with oestrogen, impact ovarian function, bone strength, sexual behaviour and drive as well as cognitive function and behaviour.
Testosterone is important for both men and women, but having normal to high levels of the male sex hormone is of paramount importance for males development and behaviour. Having too much isn’t ideal but having too little is catastrophic on an individual and societal level.
So how does testosterone make us who we are?
Firstly, testosterone is crucial in giving men an innate sense of well-being.
Men with lower levels of testosterone feel inadequate, not only when they encounter men with higher levels of the hormone, but on a biological level.
There’s a reason why some men are referred to as “Low T”, the moment they enter the room, and they and everyone else knows it. I’ll elaborate on this later.
Studies demonstrate that testosterone is linked to higher levels of confidence in males and, in turn, better mental health and resultant behaviour.
One only need look at black males. They are cocksure, aggressive and are, as such, are often perceived as cool. This dynamic is not only so because our media tells us they are, but because they, black male humans, do themselves!
Blacks think the world of themselves, and are quick to demonstrate their bravado by strutting, puffing out their chest, licking their lips and acting with aggression – the manner in which street pigeons behave when attempting to mate.
Innate higher levels of testosterone in black males has also resulted in their needing less psychiatric intervention than non-black men.
A recent study from the National Institute of Minority Health and Health Disparities stated that “among men aged 18–44 who had daily feelings of anxiety or depression, non-Hispanic Black and Hispanic men (26.4 percent) were less likely than non-Hispanic White men (45.4 percent) to have used mental health treatments. Young African Americans are much less likely than White youth to have used a mental health service in the year during which they seriously thought about or attempted suicide.”
Blacks require less anti-depressants to make themselves feel “whole”. This is evidenced by all the literature on the matter.
Liberals, like a writer of fake news I found who opines for the Atlantic, will tell you that lower anti-depressant usage rates in blacks stems from the fact that “blacks ask for them less” and have “lower access to healthcare”.
But this is simply not the case.
Sit down with a group of black “joggers” and “dindus” and you’ll know that these creatures are prescribed anti-depressants less often than whites, not because they are “poor” and “oppressed”….but because they are literally in love with themselves!
Like that uppity pigeon that’s swooped down to nick your crust before you were done eating that sandwich on his way to the hen house for a mid-afternoon assault, heightened testosterone in black males has resulted in hypersexualosed creatures with high self esteem.
Even when they look like this….
Although there are several factors at play here, the higher levels of testosterone blacks possess, invariably aids in better mental health…. regardless of what some left wing hack at the Atlantic writes.
And make no mistake, as in the aforementioned male pigeon, it’s testosterone and a lack of intellect that’s responsible for the lack of self awareness and bravado in black men.
As much as I don’t want white teens acting even more like their black idols, feeling good about oneself and the natural high that comes with self-confidence, are two things sorely needed by many young men. Sadly. feeling poor emotionally might also be responsible for the waning testosterone levels one sees in young males.
One study observed how the neurotransmitter dopamine – a hormone often lacking in people suffering from depression and other mental illnesses – impacts the HPG axis and as a result, testosterone production. As testosterone is released at lower levels when we are feeling low, it is fair to say that people with a better sense of self tend to generate more testosterone.
American researchers found that administering a dopamine agonist (an agonist is a chemical which activates a receptor to produce a physiological response) in rat brains increased GnRH mRNA (precursor to testosterone) levels by 67%. Therefore, it is fair to say that healthy dopamine function is necessary to make testosterone.
In fact I think we can surmise that having depression and lower dopamine production as a result of having a uninspiring life might also result in also having lower levels of testosterone, and vice versa.
So, next time someone who feigns compassion for the health and well-being of men tells you the key to battling depression in males is by getting them in touch with their feelings and emasculating them farther, tell them how the emasculation of men might have something to do with the epidemic levels of suicide and mental illness plaguing modern men and a variety of other afflictions linked to lower testosterone.
This same person though undoubtedly would also probably be happy that testosterone is dropping in men.
Does society really care about men’s mental health when the people in power are trying to rid us of something that has been proven to boost our mental health?
So what is at play here?
Most experts on the matter pin blame directly on obesity and lifestyle.
As obese men tend to have far lower testosterone levels, doctors have been quick to pin all the blame on one’s diet.
But it’s not just the food….
According to results presented at the 2020 American Urological Association Virtual Experience,
between 1979 to 2020, testosterone levels declined in adolescent and young adult American men by almost 40%.
Yes 40% in less than half a century.
And sadly, this can’t solely be attributed to poor diets as, in this study, ONLY men with “normal body-mass index” were measured.
As people in this particular study were all of normal body weight, it is fair to say that high BMI and obesity aren’t the primary contributors to low testosterone levels in modern males.
So what’s at play here and when did men start losing their masculinity?
The first big drop in testosterone levels occurred sometime after the war (WWII), although it was hardly precipitous at first.
The slight drop in T-levels could be explained by the fact that the aggression to fight the world’s wars was no longer needed, as well as the fact that people began eating processed foods. Then there’s the fact that the very best men were killed off, leaving behind the wealthy and privileged, the indigent, the mentally defective, and the sickly, who by virtue of their status in life, had lower testosterone.
This is why one finds so many homosexuals in Marxist movements – where people are mentally unwell and physically unattractive, as well as at the very upper financial echelons of society. Think of the perversely deviant British aristocracy where there are more homo-or bisexuals than heterosexuals.
The next big drop in T-levels occurred just after the sexual revolution and the initial breakdown of the nuclear family, where people TALKED about sex more, but had sex FAR less, because monogamous relationships meant sex was available on most nights, whereas it was being auctioned off at the weekends by the promiscuous just once a week.
The more likely one is able to have a “one-night stand,” the less likely that person is going to have a monogamous relationship – relationships where sex is partaken of far more frequently.
An average guy who is in a relationship with an average gal is going to have sex far more frequently than a Don Juan who gets it, if he is lucky, after a night out once every few months.
This change in sexual dynamic led to more promiscuity but not only less sex, but a less equitable distribution of sex.
Then there’s the epidemic of obesity most doctors blame for flailing societal testosterone levels and the foods not only being responsible for obesity, but that reduce testosterone intentionally.
Excessive weight and increased BMI (body mass index) measurements put additional stress on your body, which in turn lowers testosterone production.
The low-nutrient processed foods produced on the cheap and sold for enormous profits that are being consumed at quantities never seen before in history, result in unhealthy men with lower testosterone levels.
Besides the impact these foods have on BMI and weight, the ingredients in modern processed foods themselves target testosterone production.
Foods that have been proven to lower testosterone levels often contain refined carbohydrates and sugars. Sadly, most of the foods you likely have consumed this week have been chock-full-of these nasty testosterone-depleting ingredients. White bread made with bleached flour (such as in the hamburger buns Americans tend to eat), semolina pasta and rice, along with pastries and cakes, are full of refined carbohydrates.
Then there’s the medium we cook these foods in: Vegetable oil. Unlike the butter and animal fat our ancestors used, processed or “refined” vegetable oils literally target your testes and pituitary gland.
In addition to useless carbs, there are the low-quality processed meats like hot dogs, adulterated ground meats, sausage and industrial cold-cuts – not to be confused with handmade salamis – that are adulterated with soy products, as well as unnaturally processed ingredients and toxins.
Soy products, not to be confused with fermented soy products which the Chinese and Japanese eat – which contain vast amounts of Vitamin K2 that promote testosterone – are testosterone killers. (See below for my thoughts on vitamin K2.) The term “soy boy” exists for a reason….
Then there’s alcohol. Not only will cheap beer make you fat and give you a beer-belly, it will kill off your libido due to the havoc it’s wreaked on your testosterone levels.
Then there are the ubiquitous amounts of endocrine-disrupting chemicals, or EDC, we encounter on a daily basis. EDCs are found in pesticides that taint our foods, in the plastics we use and surround ourselves with, in the clothes we wear, the VOC-ridden air we breathe and pretty much every industrial item we surround ourselves with.

There are almost 1,000 EDCs used in household plastics and other everyday products alone.
The European Pesticide Action Network One writes that “one third of European fruit contains 27 potentially harmful endocrine disrupting pesticides (EDPs), reported in scientific literature to cause endocrine disruption in animals and probably in humans.
Mandarins, oranges, grapes, and peaches are all on the top of the list, turning a healthy fruit salad into a potentially toxic cocktail. The analysis, based on official 2015 food monitoring data on pesticide residues in EU Member States, reveals that one third of fruit consumed in Europe was found containing EDPs (34%).
On the top of the list, about half (46-57%) of mandarins, oranges and grapefruit had EDPs residues. A smaller but still important amount (17-40%) of popular vegetables (lettuce and tomatoes) also were found to contain EDPs, and several fruit and vegetables contained not just one pesticide, but an actual cocktail (up to 8 EDPs per sample) whose collective toxic potential effects are not assessed.”
A high number of fruit and vegetables produced in Southern European countries such as Spain, Italy and Greece contain EDPs, while it’s mostly the fruit and vegetables sold in markets of Northern countries like Ireland, Denmark and The Netherlands that contain EDPs. It appears that no country remains unaffected.”
In fact, among the 379 pesticides used in France, 70 are potential endocrine disruptors.
Unsurprisingly, numbers are far worse in America, where pesticides that have been banned in Europe are still being used ubiquitously.
Diets too high in fruits and vegetables like apples that contain large amounts of EDP-laced pesticide in their skin – that disrupt testosterone production – and soybeans that contain natural phytoestrogen are one of many reasons vegan males look and sound as they do.
This is why vegetarian and vegan men often sound effeminate. They sound and look less masculine than their meat eating counterparts due to the testosterone-killing qualities of soy, the high levels of phyto-oestrogens (phyto-oestrogen means plant-based oestrogen), in fruits and vegetables, and agricultural pesticides in the foods they consume.**
Let’s not forget about the decline in time spent on exercise and physical activity due to sedentary lifestyles, excessive computer and office-based work, marijuana use, and environmental toxins found in water, pesticides, vaccines and other food stuffs.
All of these factors have contributed to the emasculation of modern males.
Additional contributing factors
Men are engaging in less and less sex, even men that pride themselves on being successful with women are simply having less sexual relations than they used to. Casual hook-ups can boost one’s confidence, but they aren’t helping your prostate or testes health.
Three different women over a month you’ve had sex with a total of three times requires far less testosterone than that monogamous relationship your dad had with your mom. Sex several times a week with the same woman is far more healthy than a few horribly awkward encounters with rubber wrapped around your penis which the “chads” out there competing with the soy boys are landing.
There’s nothing to be proud of there, “Chad”. Your dad had your mom MUCH more often.
When it comes to testosterone levels, odds are you simply don’t measure up to your father, no matter how big your biceps are or how many dirty women you have “snogged” with in the pub.
Whether you are 20, 40 or 60, your dad on average had higher testosterone levels than you did. You can thank your mom for that. The food, love, care, and romance she gave dad was more than most modern men are getting from women.
Not in all cases, though, which is why I used the term “average,” but, generally speaking, across the western world the sorts of relationships people are involved in, are contributing to lower rates of testosterone.
So what can we do to fix things?
Firstly, we need to get back to basics – to engage in healthy lifestyles and relationships. We need to totally rethink how we see foods and eat the way we did as kids and the way our parents did before us.
Slow foods, not fast foods.
Not only should people eat right, but they should start living right. Exercise is important as is being active and engaging one’s peers in a healthy manner.
We need to do things we enjoy, in turn start feeling good about ourselves and recommence looking at women as we did before societal mind-rot set in.
This will improve our moods, increase dopamine levels, boost happiness, and get our hormones flowing.
So….lay off the soybeans and foods with high levels of phytoestrogen, increase your protein intake, do high impact exercise and lift weights, stay active during the day, sleep properly, reduce stress by telling yourself your life is not as bad as you believe it is, and lose some weight.
Being fat – something that is being pushed on us from the same people that are selling us medication for diabetes – is driving down your testosterone levels as much as anything.
So get out and play an organised sport, hit a tennis ball, have sex more often with your significant other, actively oppose the things that have feminised your life and emasculated you emotionally, hammer a few nails, and do some renovation work on your castle and do as your dad would tell you….just be a man.
There are thousands of things you can do to get your body right. Most people with common sense will know what they can do to turn their lives around. It really is not that hard. In fact it is easier to live healthily than it is to wreck your body.
Mark my words, things can and will turn around quickly if you make some common-sense changes.
The one thing I DO NOT want you to do is take testosterone replacement therapy (TRT)
Before I conclude this piece, I wanted to discuss something I mentioned earlier: a key reason why our governments and their corporate overlords are decimating testosterone levels.
The first thing our overlords will tell you you need is drugs.
Like pharmacological therapies for autism and depression, the Covid and HPV vaccine, TRT has gone from fringe to mainstream overnight.
In fact, TRT is all the rage in middle-aged Western men.
Look at any “man’s channel” on YouTube, where hosts and subs routinely referring to one another as alphas or sigmas, and you’ll see people regularly discussing the use of TRTs.
TRTs are pharmaceuticals that benefit our oppressors, not us.
Like Covid, where the same vpeople who created the virus were then selling us the vaccine, the food and pharmaceutical corporations poisoning and lowering our testosterone levels in the process are the ones selling us products they say will artificially increase them.
So they make you sick, and then sell you a pill you’ll need to buy the remainder of your life.
Reminds me of this deranged advertisement targeting the obese….
But like Jardiance, TRT is not the answer.
TRT can harm your heart, has all sorts of side effects and is NOT THE answer to Low-T induced depression, low libido, and erectile dysfunction it is billed to aid.
There is, in fact, NO evidence that using TRT even works. In a recent study people administered TRT saw very little gains after four years when compared to a cohort given a placebo.
In fact, after four years of TRT use, levels were only slightly higher in the cohort administered TRT. Most of the gains made initially had decreased by year two, and were continuing to wane at the end of the study (48 months) More importantly, testosterone levels of people taking TRT were far lower than testosterone levels in men of previous generations. This means TRT was really masking a problem. By the time the next generation of young men arrives on the scene, they’ll be sicker than we are, requiring even more potent TRTs just to achieve an erection.
The answer is, therefore, not a medication that masks an affliction, but achieving a cure to the pathology itself.
Then there are the side effects which include the same sorts of things associated with the mRNA Covid pseudo-vaccine like blood clots, myocarditis, cardiovascular illness, heightened levels of cancer, long term negative health outcomes, etc. Makes you wonder if harming health and perhaps lowering life expectancy is also behind the push to prescribe TRTs as well.. I can see it now

Bottom line: If you want to naturally raise testosterone, do as your dad would tell you and “grow a pair.”

I’ve known for years which foods we eat are killing us. So I stopped eating foods that contain sugar. I avoid bread , cheese, milk butter margarine or spreads, alcohol and drugs, junk food and processed foods.

I think two thoughts about this:
1) the jews as Satanists love destruction; the Devil, called “Mephistopheles” or “Mephisto” in Goethe’s Faust, actually says this; it is a strange mindset but it is real
2) Then there is Putin who seems to truly believe in God and the afterlife, and says “we will never start a nuclear war, but if attacked and Russia is destroyed, we will go to heaven as martyrs. ”
He said some of this in this video from five years ago, but in another video he says “We have no desire to live in a world where our motherland Russia gone.”
All this is intentional, to want the Jewnited Snakes to grasp that that he is not bluffing. Better to die and be with God than be a slave of the satanic power behind the US government down here.

The only problem with punching hard a man who deserves is that if you hit his skull, it can break the hand.
Tbh [= to be honest], many NS who survived the war wanted to help set things right but it was nearly impossible to organize anything bigger than a magazine. Otto Ernst Remer’s [Socialist Reich political] party was banned; all of the notable SS men were harassed ([fmr Waffen-SS colonel Jochen] Peiper was burned alive by Antifa in the 70s!), and many of the political-leaning Luftwaffe officers were blacklisted by the American-approved ‘NATO clique.’
A lot of well-meaning people spent decades in limbo hoping for something to change.
Soy is actually also hard on women. I have a friend (in her 20s, from MN, ethnically Scandinavian & French, active) who started drinking soy milk regularly. A few months after she started doing this, she ended up with thyroid issues. This is actually very common among women who regularly drink soy:

A lot of women believe that phytoestrogens are bad for men but good for women. Pop culture tells women that eating soy = a more feminine body whereas eating dairy products & meat = ‘manly looking women.’
I don’t believe that at all.
I think that the huge amounts of soy in the average American’s diet are part of why many women start to get heavy-set during their college years. I eat a lot of animal protein, a lot of dairy products, beef liver, goat milk, and zero soy and I’ve never had issues staying close to my goal weight.
I also know a woman who does occasional carnivore diets and she’s very feminine and has the clearest skin of anyone I know. It’s a night-and-day difference comparing her to the vegan women that I know (I have a coworker who is anemic and a vegan and refuses to listen to any suggestions… it’s shocking how stubborn most vegans are).
