My father knew Richard Nixon well, and also Ronald Reagan. Both, discreetly, had a very low opinion of blacks in terms of IQ and work ethic. But unlike National Socialists, they refused (racial pun not intended) to “call a spade a spade.”
Any WN knows how this article by a white moderate or libtard will turn out. The black-run enterprise will fail — miserably, at great expense toi whites — and then many excuses will be offered.
I remember when short, dark little Vietnamese came flooding into America after 1975, when the Vietnam War ended in a US withdrawal/defeat, and they sure were a different race from the whites, and their English was execrable, coming right off the boat or plane.

But within ten years they were wealthy via sheer hard work, study, family values and good brains. While I was at Georgetown University, in Washington DC, the Vietnamese were fanning out all over Arlington, Virginia, right across the river.
I offer some closing comments after this article, and the solution.

In the early 1970s, African Americans in North Carolina coalesced around constructing a new community where the mission was black empowerment. And they were able to pull it off with financing from President Richard Nixon.
The deal for a black city made between McKissick and Nixon was, by all appearances, political. McKissick switched parties in the late 1960s to support Nixon for president, which was a surprise given his civil rights and labor union credentials. As president of the Congress of Racial Equality throughout the ˜60s, McKissick shifted the civil rights organization’s mission from nonviolent tactics to Black Powerdoctrine. After the 1968 assassination of Martin Luther King, Jr., McKissick came to believe that even violent self-defense was inadequate for African Americans to realize real empowerment. He began pushing the idea that African Americans needed a strategy built squarely on capitalism to counter the entrenched racism that fueled urban neglect and the destitute conditions of black neighborhoods.
To this end, McKissick began in 1969 drafting the plans for Soul City, which would be a place where African Americans would not be regularly subjected to racial discrimination, and where they could determine their own political and economic destinies. The city would grow through a regiment of intensive workforce training aimed at boosting the entrepreneurial zeal of its residents, a “pull yourself up by your bootstraps” strategy made popular in the early 20th century by Booker T. Washington.
Given the for blacks, by blacks mission of Soul City, the public investment served essentially as reparations, or at least a security deposit for reparations. The political landscape of the time ”sullen from the assassinations of King and Robert F. Kennedy ”was more sympathetic to racial causes and conducive to making amends. Cities were still riding the federally subsidized waves of the New Deal and Great Society eras. Much of those federal windfalls skipped right past African Americans, though, and Nixon was willing to pick up some of that slack by handing out grants to enterprising African Americans, especially if it meant bringing the Republican Party more black votes.
Nixon aide Robert Brown referred to this strategy as “grantsmanship,” and it fell in line with the advice Nixon was receiving from people like Daniel Patrick Moynihan, whom Nixon had appointed his urban affairs counselor. While Nixon was concerned about the “Soul City” tag sounding perhaps too much like black militancy, McKissick was adamant about keeping the name, telling The Black Scholar journal in defense of his vision, “We need not justify any demands for ˜separatism’ to anybody white. ¦ The real separatists moved to the suburbs long ago.”
The city was also to include three residential villages and a recreational center, but what McKissick wasn’t able to swiftly produce were the people who would live and work there. Soul City had a population of less than 150 in 1979, despite plans that projected a population of 2,000 by then. Huge companies like General Motors and Perdue, which at one point considered building operations centers in Soul City, began pulling out. McKissick was unable to land a major corporation to anchor the city’s economic development.
McKissick’s rejoinder to HUD was that the department was “taking a baby nine-months-old and asking why he is not a lawyer,” which failed to convince his benefactors. At this point, a new Republican Party had taken over, one that wanted nothing to do with any program that Nixon’s Watergate-scandal-plagued hands had touched. Not only that, but Ronald Reagan had fully embraced the “Southern Strategy” adopted by Republicans, which focused on disaffected white Southern voters ”especially those angry about federal programs that benefited African Americans.
Facing a hostile political environment and hampered by a foreboding economic climate, Floyd McKissick’s bold attempt to sustain a free-standing new town based on African American activism seemed doomed from the start. The uneasy marriage between black capitalism and the federal bureaucracy sundered at Soul City, a part of the larger failure of the new towns movement to solve the urban crisis of the late twentieth century.
McKissick’s team was never able to lure major industry to Soul City, but two industries did end up landing there after McKissick left. One was hazardous waste: Warren County notoriously became the place where North Carolina decided to dump tons of untreated, PCB-tainted soil in a landfill near Soul City. Black residents protested this conversion of their homeland into dumping grounds, many of them laying in front of the trucks delivering the soil. Their resistance marked the birth of the civil-rights-based environmental justice movement, though these groups weren’t able to stop toxic soil waste from infiltrating the earth around Soul City.
Like the nation at large, Soul City would not employ young black workers as much as warehouse them, as did rural communities and cities across America in the 1980s and 1990s, when prison corporations worked with local and state officials seeking to revitalize economically depressed areas by building prisons that incarcerated unprecedented numbers of nonviolent drug offenders, mostly men between the ages of eighteen and forty. The same able-bodied, young African American men whom McKissick had optimistically envisioned returning south to be gainfully employed in Soul City did return, but they did so, in the words of the state prisons director, as “out-of-state inmates back home, back home so they can be with families; back home where our employees can work with them in our facilities.”
In that respect, it now seems like the $14 million Nixon granted McKissick for Soul City turned out less a security deposit on reparations, and more a down payment on mass incarceration.

It is the same with the blacks and a modern, high-tech society, CRUEL to put them, at an 85 average IQ, into a society where they simply cannot compete, no matter how hard they try.
I have taught in high school and you have your slow kids, your average kids and your AP (Advanced Placement) kids. You get lots of discipline problems when kids end up in the wrong level, bored and frustrated.
And it is not just 1) the blacks’ low IQ, but also 2) the much higher testosterone and 3) the very underdeveloped frontal lobes of the brain, which are in charge of self-control, impulse-control and self-discipline.
Three strikes against them and they are out.

A black friend once said to me, after a few drinks, what was really on his heart:

I handed it back to the guy and said: “‘Blue-eyed devils’? Brother, I know too many black devils!”
The only solution is this:
–completely white-controlled homelands for blacks as in the original and successful Apartheid plan in the old South Africa under Hendrik Verwoerd.
Verwoerd was killed by a black, incited by a Jewish psychiatrist, because he had made apartheid work extremely well, or, as the Boers called it, “separate development” (but under strict white supervision).
To control a society,m you need to control the purse strings, honeycomb the clubs, churches and other institutions with your agents and informers, and groom the young, up-and-coming leaders with money, sex and advancement if they play ball.
This is how the Romans would romanize the lands they had conquered.
This is also how the America CIA deprogrammed and reprogrammed the West Germans after WWII to hate Hitler, who had loved them, and love their new American masters who hated them.
The black homelands must be filled with agents.
And there has to be the death penalty for many crimes, including stealing. (This was done in England for centuries. In the 1720s the English hanged two children for stealing bread. Cattle theft was a definite death-penalty offense, as was poaching.)
I remember an interesting Star Trek episode where Kirk and Spock land on a planet which is totally crime-free, relaxed, prosperous and happy because there is the death penalty for every serious transgression.
Simple and effective. Everyone knows the rules. Fools and criminals never get a chance to breed.
This is almost how we ran things before, and very strictly during the war.
We hanged or shot many soldiers for desertion, using the Field Gendarms.
We even hanged majors. “I cut a deal with the Bolsheviks.”
We guillotined about 30,000 — libtard friends of the Allies, advocating surrender; active pedophiles; career criminals (who cause 90% of all crime); and looters. This was our Munich guillotine.
Even when our cities were bombed out, there was no looting of homes and apartments.
When the fire was put out, you could go back, and if your personal property was not burned, it was all still there. The door was perhaps wide open due to the firefighters going in, but every single pen, wallet, flower pot and jewelry box was waiting for its rightful owners.
With the blacks it will be the same firm policy:
1)) we promise you good-paying jobs, good schools for the trades, safe neighborhoods, clean entertainment, a generous retirement, vacations, and honest cops, and judges
2) Or you can go back to Africa

And this will solve the black-white problem permanently. Firmly, fairly and honorably. The word of an Aryan must never be broken.

The problem was the Jews introduced slavery to the US, and to France, Spain, Portugal and the British Empire, and once your competitors reduced their costs DRASTUCALL by using slaves, not wage-earners with wives and kids to support, you would go out of business until you bought slaves, too.
It was not a question of stupidity, greed or shortsightedness.
Both colonial Virginia and colonial Georgia passed laws to end any further importation of black slaves, and the Royal governors revoked their laws.
